HOW TO ORDER

• You may contact me via Twitter (@mrvviz) or email (maruizart[at]gmail.com) in order to place your order.• Please specify the type of commission type you want from the ones offered.• Please make sure to provide clear visual reference for your character, poses, facial expressions, object, setting, etc. Written reference is always welcome but please take into account that only providing written descriptions may be subject to an additional fee.• I will not accept any request that includes excessive gore, NSFW (tasteful nudity is allowed within limits), mecha/robots and/or unethical themes. I may also decline working on pieces that include a real person’s portrait or exact likeness.• Please make sure to read the TOS before placing an order!

TERMS OF SERVICE

GENERAL TERMS

• The client must be 18 or older in order to commission me.• I reserve the right to decline any commission without further explanation.• All artwork is for personal, non-commercial use only. For commercial use, feel free to contact me directly.

PROCESS AND REVISIONS

• Commissions will be worked on in order according to the queue. The client will be notified once I am set to start on their piece and an payment request will be sent before beginning if an agreement has been reached beforehand.• Estimated delivery may vary depending factors such as complexity of the piece and revisions. Please take into account that specific deadlines must be requested and discussed before payment, and that an additional rush fee may apply.• The client will be sent a low resolution sketch of the piece and/or a few iterations of it. If revisions are requested, the client will receive WIPs to reflect these changes. Once a final sketch is agreed upon, I will begin rendering/lining the piece and the client will be sent WIPs as I keep working on the artwork.• Up to two revisions may be done to the provided sketch. No major changes (such as changes in composition, poses or anatomy) will be accepted once the final sketch has been approved and the rendering/lineart process has begun.• Once the piece is finished, the client will receive a high resolution, unwatermarked image of the final product.

PRICING AND PAYMENT

• Listed prices are orientative. Additional fees may apply in the case of intricate pieces, such as complex armor or clothing, wings, extra characters such as pets, animals, etc.• Payment will be done upfront via Paypal invoice once I have accepted the commission and final pricing has been discussed.• All prices will be listed in EUR (€) and no other currencies will be accepted.

CANCELLATIONS AND REFUNDS

• If the client decides to cancel the commission before production has begun, they may request a full refund of the piece. If the cancellation happens while the piece is in production, a partial refund will be offered depending on the stage the commission is in. The amount will be discussed and agreed beforehand.• If I am unable to start or finish the commission, a full refund will be provided.• All cancellations must be discussed with me, the artist, as refunds are handled personally. Please refrain from filing a Paypal Chargeback at any given point. Furthermore, if Paypal Chargeback is requested while the client is not eligible for a refund, they will immediately lose all rights to the finished piece and will be blacklisted and unable to commission me again.• Please take into account that:
1) Refunds will not be provided on finished pieces.
2) If the client breaks the TOS, they will not receive a refund.
3) The client is not allowed to keep any of the artwork shown to them in the case of cancelled commissions.
4) All sketches, WIPs, and low resolution images belong to the artist and may not be used by any other party.

I, the artist:
• Reserve the right to claim the piece as my own work and display the artwork in any online sites, such as portfolios, galleries, social media, commission sheets, etc.
• Reserve the right to alter the artwork and use it for merchandise such as prints, apparel, as well as other forms of reproduction.
• Reserve the right to modify, edit, and repurpose commissioned pieces.
• Retain the rights to the arworks, including all and any sketches and/or WIP files sent to the client during the process.
• Do not claim ownership of the IP and/or original characters depicted in the artwork.The client and other parties:
• May use the artwork for non-commercial use only.
• May not claim the artwork as their own.
• May not alter the commission in any way without the artist’s consent (cropping and resizing the final piece for personal use is allowed).
• May not profit from the artwork in any way. This includes prints, apparel, re-selling, or redistributing in any way.
• May not create an NFT (Non-fungible Token) of the final image or any WIPs and sketches sent to them.
• May upload the piece to any website of their choosing. All artwork must be properly and visibly credited if displayed on the client’s social media and/or other sites.By commissioning me, you are automatically agreeing to these terms of service.

• BASE PRICE: 100€
• Additional items such as props and the addition of extra outfits and extra expressions will be subject to an extra fee.
• Extra fees may also apply if the character includes complex armor and/or outfits, wings, props, etc.
• For this option, an already established design + visual reference of the character must be provided, as well as any included props and/or extra elements. If you want me to design a character or outfit for you, the next option is available!

CHARACTER DESIGN + FULL CHARACTER SHEET (1 slot available)
